Ashland is a town of about 25,000 people, located along the Ohio River. We have a clean town with minimal traffic, a beautiful and very active performing arts theater, an indoor tennis center, a large downtown park, and boutique shopping. Our Tri-State region (Kentucky, Ohio and West Virginia) is renowned for safe, family-friendly communities with an excellent cost of living.

We have some of the country's finest state parks that feature golf, skiing, boating, fishing, hunting, and biking. The New River Gorge National Park, excellent ski resorts, white water rafting, rock climbing, and hiking are just two hours away in West Virginia. Our region is blessed with four seasons, all of which are relatively mild.

Located about 20 minutes from Huntington, W.Va., the home of Marshall University, Ashland is just a short drive to the metro cities in Ohio (Cincinnati and Columbus) and Kentucky (Lexington and Louisville).

King’s Daughters Medical Center is an equal opportunity employer.
