Description
Excellent opportunity available for a fellowship-trained Cardiac Anesthesiologist.
UK King's Daughters, a 455-bed regional referral center in Ashland, Ky., is presenting an excellent opportunity for a fellowship trained Cardiac Anesthesiologist who is certified in Advanced Perioperative TEE.
The hospital-employed physician will receive an annual salary of $675,000; additional pay of $1,800 per call shift taken. $50,000 signing bonus and $75,000 in student loan repayment over the three years of the contract. We currently have two Cardiac Anesthesiologists and call will be shared equally.
The successful candidate would join two other full-time Cardiac Anesthesiologists and a team of five cardiac-dedicated CRNAs.
• The OR work is mostly supervision.
• The Cardiac Anesthesiologist would also perform anesthesia for Cath Lab cases including Electrophysiology and Structural Heart.
• The department performs nearly 500 cardiac surgical cases per year, plus thoracic and vascular cases.
